CRITERIA FOR DIRECT ADMISSIONS
 Candidates who satisfy the cut off set by the school will receive a email message on STUDENT Email that they are eligible for Direct Admissions
For Science Stream overall 80% and above as well as (Maths Level 1 + Science) 80% and above
For Commerce Stream overall 70% and above.

Such candidates should complete the admission formalities within 24 hours of receiving the message.

RESERVED CATEGORY CANDIDATES SHOULD PRODUCE ALL RELAVENT DOCUMENTS IN ORIGINAL AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION FAILING WHICH THE SEAT SHALL BE GIVEN TO THE NEXT CANDIDATE.

GUIDELINES FOR THE PREPARATION OF MERIT LIST

Science based Subjects:

  1. The candidate with higher percentage in Science & Maths Level 1 shall be placed higher in the order of merit.

Commerce based Subjects:

  1. The candidate with higher overall percentage shall be placed higher in the order of merit

Vocational based Subjects:

Students who have been offered a seat should pay the fees on the same day failing which their seat will be forfeited.

  • Computer Techniques (CT): Total percentage should be more than 55% AND minimum 55 Marks in Maths.
  • Electronic Technology (E.T): Total percentage should be more than 50%.

NOTE: For all Courses, Merit List shall be prepared following the below mentioned criteria.:

  • Students of Fr. Agnel School, Verna --- 10 Marks
  • Seats are reserved for outstanding sports persons.

Documents required at the time of submission for Goa Board Candidates:

  • Copy of SSC/Class X Mark sheet
  • Leaving Certificate in original of last School attended
  • Copy of ST/SC/OBC certificate issued FOR Goa State only (if applicable).
  • Copy of Aadhar Card.
  • Copy of Birth Certificate.

For CBSE/ICSE/N.I.O.S.

  • Original Transfer Certificate
  • Copy of Transfer Certificate
  • Copy of Mark Sheet - 02 Nos.
  • Copy of Passing Certificat - 02 Nos.
  • Migration Certificate
  • Copy of Migration Certificate
  • Copy of ST/SC/OBC certificate issued FOR Goa State only (if applicable).
  • Copy of Aadhar Card.
  • Copy of Birth Certificate.


*List of Text Books will be displayed after the re-opening of the School.

RE-OPENING OF THE SCHOOL SHALL BE INTIMATED THROUGH STUDENT EMAIL ADDRESS.

PAYMENT OF FEES

The breakup of fees is as follows:
