Purchase the Access Code from the Higher Secondary office for filling up the Online Form.

Log onto to the website http://admissions.famhssverna.org.in . Select ‘XI Admission’ from the menu and navigate to the ‘Apply Online’ sub menu.

On this screen enter the Access code given by the Higher Secondary office & the submitted password to get you form online.

Documents needed at the time of online submissions is SSC Mark sheet, Leaving Certificate, 12 digit Aadhar Number. Students have to upload photo having dimensions less than 414 x 571 px and Signature of the student 400 x 80 file size less than 200K where else other files that is marksheet/Marks screenshot, Birth Certificate, Category certificate and aadhar image size must be less than 500Kb.

Fill in the application form with correct details. All the field mark * are compulsory. This form can be submitted only once so make sure that all the information is correct and valid. Once submitted this cannot be changed.

Once the form is filled and submitted you will receive a ‘Registration Id’ an email. Use this id for all future references during the admission process.

Students are requested to see the website Notice Board regularly. List of students will be displayed to submit documents and to pay the fees for final admissions.
